Your Hosts David and Marg Gillespie invite you to the Dingo Creek Vineyard – The Home of the annual Dingo Creek Wine, Jazz and Blues Festival.

Dingo Creek Vineyard
Dingo Creek winery has been described as one of the prettiest wineries on the Sunshine Coast and overlooks the majestic Mount Cooroora. “Come to Cooloola” and visit our vineyard. We are located at Traveston in the Sunshine Coast hinterland near Noosa and Gympie in south east Queensland. See our location map for directions.
Over morning tea or lunch, the owner, a wine buff from years back will give you an informative lesson on grape growing and ensure that your visit is memorable. You will also be given an opportunity to enjoy wine tasting from our range of premium wines from Dingo Creek Vineyard. Functions including weddings, coporate, birthdays and bus groups are more than welcome by appointment.
April 30th and May 1st 2011(Qld’s May Long Weekend) , we staged our 8th annual Wine, Jazz and Blues Festival featuring John Morrison “Mayor of Swing City”, Janet Seidel Trio, Willy Qua and the new Super Duck, Jacki Cooper, Blind Lemon, the ever popular Police Band of Blue and other leading musicians. This Event is a Fundraiser For SIDS and Kids Queensland the venue is covered for all weather comfort and seating is provided, great wine and food is available to purchase and camping is free as John Morrison say’s “It’s a festival where you can meet and greet your favorite musician, it’s out of the box, I wouldn’t miss it, bring our sleeping bag and enjoy the whole weekend there’s nothing like it anywhere“ tickets are on sale for this fabulous festival, see our Jazz Festival page for more information and for ticket purchase options.

Congratulations go to Marg Gillespie.
Marg won the Gympie Women's Excellence in Business Awards for "Best Local Event" for the Dingo Creek Wine, Jazz and Blues Festival.
The judges were looking for the impact the event has on the community, the level of entertainment and enjoyment, the WOW factor, the effect on the economy, the history of the event and the level of commitment of the parties involved.
Marg devotes hundreds of hours voluntarily to the organising of this event and is a deserved winner, well done!
