Dingo Creek Red Wine

This rich plum and blackcurrant style Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot  was made from a fine vintage with good ripening conditions. The wine was then aged in American oak puncheons. The blending of Merlot provides the wines softness and the Cabernet Sauvignon produces extra depth. We recommend this wine to be cellared for up to five years. Enjoy with lamb kebabs with a spicy plum sauce. This wine is in recognition of the Gold mining pioneers of the Cooloola region.

Chardonnay 2010

One of Australia’s favourite Wine varieties. True to character this unwooded style Chardonnay is fresh crisp and fruit driven. Enjoy any time you like, particularly with our sensational Queensland seafood or cellar up to four years.

Warrigal Red

Warrigal is the native word for Dingo and in continuing the connection with our heritage we have named our fruity series wines Warrigal.

This soft easy drinking red is served chilled and is ideal for our hot summers. Well suited to a range of food particularly outdoor cuisine. Complements BBQ’S, Mediterranean foods or Australian Bush Tucker.

Part of our Warrigal series this light easy drinking fruity white wine is perfect for our climate. The delicate characters with a passionfruit bouquet can be enjoyed from light lunches to BBQ’S and dessert. Sweet White.

Liqueur Honey Mead

Known as an aphrodisiac and the tipple for honeymooners, Honey mead found its origin in the Viking days. Newly married couples would drink the luscious elixir for one month following their wedding and if a baby was born nine months latter the mead maker was highly acclaimed! Therefore honey for the drink Moon for the lunar month became Honeymoon. This rich after dinner style liqueur is made from locally gathered honey. The initial flavour and lingering palate is suited to sipping with coffee and friends. Also delicious and refreshing mixed with ginger beer and ice for a long summer drink. Try mixing your strawberries, melons, dried apricots with mead and leave to soak, serve with crepes and ice-cream, delicious!

Liqueur Muscat

Made from the Muscat grape this liqueur is the perfect accompaniment to a dessert of warm velvety smooth chocolate mousse, the food of the Gods or after dinner this liqueur is great with a shot of black coffee and sipping with friends.

  • For groups wine tasting with cheese and biscuits can be pre arranged, $10.00 per person.
