Art For Sale

Artist Bette Phillips has been working on these pieces for the last few months to be put on sale at the Dingo Creek Jazz Festival with a donation of 25% of sales to SIDS for KIDS.

Sizes - approx. 1 mtr x 1.3 mts (including frames)

Bette Phillips lives at Antigua, 24 klms southwest of Maryborough, Qld.

She has been pastelling for 5 years, initially working on pet portraits and gradually moving to still life studies.

Among her many commissions, Bette has completed paintings of Australian wildlife, Harley Davidson motorcycles, a Rolls Royce vintage car, musical instruments, wine still life studies and portraiture, both human and animal.

A dedication to detail and precision is evident in all Bette's paintings and they are often mistaken for photographs. A string of prizes at regional competitions across the Wide Bay over the past five years has entrenched Bette as an accomplished and respected artist of this region.

Her works are among private collections in the USA, UK and around Australia. Bette is happy to take commissions - all paintings are both conservationally and professionally framed behind glass.

Prices include framing. Bette will be donating 25% of sales of her artwork to SIDS FOR KIDS at this year's annual Wine, Jazz & Blues Festival at Dingo Creek, where some of her work will be for sale.
